This is a static site. It has no accounts, no comment system, no newsletter signup and no advertising network.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no logins and no tracking scripts on these pages. No cookies are set by this site itself.

What the host records

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare logs technical request data — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms.

Outbound affiliate links

When you follow an affiliate link, the destination — a booking platform, insurer, retailer or affiliate network — will typically set a cookie in your browser so it can attribute a later purchase. That cookie is set by them, under their privacy policy, not by this site. Their retention periods vary, commonly from one day to several weeks. Blocking third-party cookies or using private browsing prevents it, and costs you nothing.

What comes back here is aggregate only: a count of clicks and any resulting sales. No names, email addresses or payment details are received or stored.

Buying the guide

The paid guide is sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax and delivery. If you buy it, Gumroad processes your details under its own privacy policy. Card numbers are never seen or held here.

Your rights

This publication is operated from Spain, so the GDPR applies. Since no personal data is collected directly by this site, there is generally nothing held here to access, correct or erase — but if you believe otherwise, write to hello@realadventurecosts.com and it will be dealt with.
